In June 2001 I was involved in a reconstruction of the so-called 'Battle of Orgreave', when riot police were deployed for the first time on British soil, against the miners involved in the strikes of 1984. I took the part of a freelance photographer in the re-enactment, although subsequent research has indicated that my role was unlikely to have occurred amongst the miners where I was cast. I have a catalogue CD available with all the images I took over the weekend for £10, refundable against any orders over £50.
